The three storey residence, has been divided into 12 apartments of various measurements. Six of them have a private garden; the other six either a loggia or a loft. All the apartments follow the standards of bio-architecture and were built in a classic rural style. The shared garden is embellished by an infinity edge swimming pool, overlooking the landscape. 400 olive trees surround the mansion.
